The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

  • Display the shipping label and package condition.

  • Capture the entire opening process without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.

  • Clearly show all contents immediately after opening.

Claims submitted without a qualifying opening video may be denied, except where prohibited by applicable law.
